Intel To Build Worlds’Most Advanced Semi-Conductor Plant in Chandler Arizona

Intel announced yesterday during a trip to the White House that it will be building the world’s largest and most advanced semiconductor plant right here in Chandler, Arizona.  The plant is expected to take 3-4 years to complete and will employ upwards of 3,000 people.

Alex Popovic wrote about it over on his blog.  This is great news for Arizona businesses, new job creation, and the Arizona workforce.  Arizona Governor Doug Ducey posted the video below praising Intel’s decision.

This will bring families who will be looking for new homes and cause the real estate market to boom even more.  Home sales should increase dramatically, now that Dodd-Frank rules are being relaxed and tech companies are seeing the value in moving to Arizona.

We are excited at Semper Find My Home about this opportunity.
